WHEN & HOW LONG?
*Our weekly order system closes on a Sunday and then shipped Monday-Thursday*
*All orders are sent via Auspost Express Post*
Plants may spend on average 2-5 days in transit. We pack our plants with transit in mind and very very rarely do plants experience transit shock.
WHAT IF I HAVE ANY PROBLEMS?
We take utmost care in packing, however minor leaf or flower damage may occur during transit. If there is a problem with your plants on arrival please ensure that you reach out to us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to address any issues you may have. If a plant arrives badly damaged or in extreme poor health we will happily arrange a refund or credit note depending upon the circumstance.
It is extremely important that you track the progress of your parcel while in transit. If there is a delay or delivery does not occur within 5 days we encourage you to reach out to us to enable us to address the issue with Australia Post on your behalf.
HOW ARE MY PLANTS PREPARED FOR SHIPPING?
Plants are either shipped in their pots and wrapped/protected by recycled bubble wrap, biodegradable void fill or alternate packing materials.
Unless stated in the description you may not receive the exact plant pictured. Please note some variation may occur between colour and size.
WHAT IS THE COST?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based upon the weight of items and delivery postcode. Shipping generally starts at $12. All items are sent via Australia Post Express Post.
Click & Collect from us in Pakenham Vic 3810 and Local Delivery are also available and delivery method can be selected during Checkout.
We do not ship outside of Australia nor internally to Tasmania, Northern Territory or Western Australia. Please check your own state's regulations before committing to purchase.
