Weekly orders close Sunday evening. Orders are then shipped Monday-Thursday.

How long will my order be in transit?

At present the average in transit timeframe for orders is approximately 1-3 business days. You MUST track your order & reach out if your order hasn't arrived within this timeframe.

What if there is a postage delay?

Contact us if there is a delay.

We guarantee the quality of your order on arrival PROVIDED that you notify us within 5 days from receipt of a tracking number, in the event your order is delayed.

We will lodge an enquiry with Auspost and continue to follow your order until it arrives.

What if there is a problem with my order on arrival?

Contact us if there is a problem as soon as your order arrives.

We will ask you to send us some photos. We will assess the problem and then provide the relevant advice and assistance.

Where and how does MJS send plants?

We post to all non-quarantine States in Australia (Vic, NSW, ACT, SA and Qld).

Click & Collect and Local Delivery also available.

All plants are shipped in their pots.

How much does it cost?

Postage (precise Auspost express charges) plus handling costs are automatically calculated on checkout based upon the delivery postcode and the total weight of your order.
