We guarantee the quality of your order on arrival provided that you notify us within 5 business days from the date tracking details are issued in the event that your order hasn't yet arrived.
❓ What if there’s a problem with my order when it arrives?
Please contact us as soon as possible.
We’re only able to assist within 48 hours of delivery, so the sooner you reach out, the better. To help avoid issues, we recommend choosing a shaded and protected spot for your parcel to be delivered. When you get in touch, please include photos and a brief description of your concerns. Our team will assess the issue and provide the appropriate advice or assistance.

The plant photos on our website are examples only, unless stated otherwise. Plants naturally vary, and their appearance can change with the weather or season. Some species are summer‑ or winter‑dormant, which can cause them to look very different throughout the year.
Many of our plants are specialty varieties that require specific care or growing conditions.
Our nursery is based in South East Victoria, and all plants are grown outdoors in shade houses or climate‑controlled greenhouses—so their colour and appearance are influenced by those conditions.
If you’re new to plant care or unsure whether a plant is suitable for your environment, we encourage you to contact us before ordering. We’re happy to discuss care needs and suitability.
📅 Processing & Dispatch
Orders are sent within 2–4 business days and dispatched Monday–Friday. If you place an order Monday–Friday, it will be dispatched the following week.
Click & Collect and Local Delivery (within 15km of Pakenham, Victoria) are also available.
🌿 Packaging
All plants and items purchased online from My Jungle Shack are packed with the utmost care.
Plants may be shipped in their pots or semi–bare rooted and wrapped/protected using recycled bubble wrap, biodegradable void fill, or other packing materials.
🌱 Plant Variation
Unless stated in the description, you may not receive the exact plant pictured. Some variation may occur in colour and size.
🚚 Delivery Expectations
All plants are shipped via Express Post to limit transit shock and ensure better plant health upon arrival.
While we take utmost care in packing, minor leaf or flower damage may occur during delivery. This is outside of our control and we will not be held responsible.
💰 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of items (starting at $15). All items are sent via Australia Post Express Post.
🌏 Shipping Restrictions
We ship to non‑quarantine Australian states: VIC, NSW, ACT, SA & QLD.
We do not ship outside of Australia, nor to Tasmania, Northern Territory, or Western Australia.
Please check your state's regulations before committing to purchase.
