Orders close Sunday and ship Monday–Thursday via AusPost Express. Plants usually take 2–5 days in transit.

Problems on arrival?

Contact us within 2 days if your plant arrives damaged. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, and refunds or credits may be offered when appropriate.

Transit care

Plants are packed securely to minimise shock, though minor leaf/flower damage can occur. Please monitor your tracking and let us know if delivery exceeds 5 days.

How we pack

Plants are shipped in their pots and protected with recycled or biodegradable materials. Variations in colour/size may occur.

Calculated at checkout (starting around $12). Express Post only.
